Inside Sales Executive

We're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive who has prior experience in selling Educational products and
services to parents/children. Should be able to handle end to end responsibilities and close deals with parents.

Responsibilities and Duties

•Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails (convert Leads to customers)
•Reach out to potential channel partners to close partnership agreements
•Understand customer needs and requirements
•Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
•Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
•Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
•Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
•Perform effective online demos to prospects

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

A) He/She should have been involved in sales of educational products and services to parents/students across the country
B) Should have good established track record of achieveing targets
C) Should have a good understanding of B2C sales process.
E) Should have a proven track record of atleast 5 years in closing large value sales deals
F) Good presentation and communication skills.
G) Should be entrepreneurial and self driven.

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing/Demand Generation Executive  who has prior experience in marketing and demand/lead
generation of Educational products and services to parents/children through Digital/Social media channels. Should be able to handle end
to end responsibilities and generate qualified leads for Inside Sales team to pursue and close.

Responsibilities and Duties

•Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising to
 generate QUALIFIED Leads and attract web-site traffic
•Collaborate with inside sales team to drive sales targets by maintaining quality and predicatibility of Lead generation
•Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
•Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
•Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
•Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
•Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
•Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer
touch points.Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
•Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

•Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns
 from concept to execution. Strong back-ground in result oriented lead generation.
•Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or relevant field.
•Upto 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position in the education sector.
•In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
•Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
•Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
•Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

•Source new sales opportunities for Champions Product portfolio with leading schools in Delhi/NCR region
•Perform effective online demos to prospects and Understand customer needs and requirements
•Liase with senior decison makers (Principal/Director/Chairman) to close contracts and achieve quarterly quotas
•Responsible for post sales account management and maintaining relationships with Schools
•Ensure collection targets are met
•Reach out to potential channel partners to close partnership agreements
•Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
•Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
•Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
